Wine Pairings Dinner at Ruth's Chris

Ruth’s Chris Steak House chefs are busy perfecting the menu for the Rombauer TasteMaker Wine dinner at the Hyatt Regency at the Arch in Downtown St. Louis. The dinner will be held this Thursday, February 27 at 6:30pm. The same event scheduled for the Clayton restaurant in March has sold out. A five-course meal will be served as well as wine pairing with world-class selections. Reservations can be made online or by calling 314.259.3200.

The menu First Course: Smoked Pork Belly apple, fennel salad with walnuts paired with Rombauer Sauvignon Blanc. Second Course: Pumpkin and Celery Soup, ginger cream, Rombauer Chardonnay. Third Course: Mediterranean Chicken Fricassee couscous, dried figs, plums, olives and lemon confit and Rombauer Merlot. Fourth Course (Main): Filet Mignon with Garlic Herb Crust and Balsamic, Glazed Baby Carrots (shared side), Vegetable Risotto (shared side) and Rombauer Cabernet Sauvignon. Fifth Course (Dessert): Dark Chocolate Cheesecake and Rombauer Zinfandel.
