1220 Artisan Spirits Welcomes Spring

1220 Artisan Spirits , the botanically-inspired St. Louis distillery from the same team behind the acclaimed  4 Hands Brewery, announced two new Encrypted vodka flavors, Lemonade Lavender and Balaton Cherry & Persian Lime. The flavors are inspired by their two most popular canned cocktails for summer. The distillery launched their ready-to-drink beverage line in 2019 and saw huge success with the Lemonade and Lavender and Cherry Limeade canned cocktails. The new vodka flavors are meant to be enjoyed in colorful seasonal cocktails. The vodkas became available for purchase at 4 Hands Brewing Co. on April 7 (1220 S 8th St, St. Louis, MO 63104).

“We’ve been inspired by the enthusiastic response to our Lemonade and Lavender and Cherry Limeade canned cocktails since their release in 2019 and wanted to give people more ways to enjoy these unique flavors this summer,” says 1220 Artisan Spirits Owner Kevin Lemp. “These new flavors of Encrypted Vodka allow fans to get creative in their own cocktail creations.”

The new Balaton Cherry & Persian Lime and Lemonade Lavender Vodkas use the Encrypted Vodka base, made from a Missouri corn mash that is distilled six times. The Balaton cherry that is used in the vodka is larger and firmer than most cherries and produces a sweet-tart flavor in combination with the Persian lime.  It is available for purchase in 750mL bottles.
