"Hamilton" Star Coming to St. Louis
"Hamilton’s" Mandy Gonzalez will perform a benefit concert in St. Louis for one night only April 16 at 7pm. The artist, who portrays Angelica Schuyler, will sing from her debut solo album, "Fearless." Proceeds from the concert will fund the Writers and Artists Compensation Fund for december Magazine, a twice-yearly nationally recognized nonprofit literary publication headquartered in St. Louis.
Gonzalez is also known for her portrayal of Nina Rosario in the Tony-Award-winning, Lin-Manuel Miranda Broadway musical "In the Heights," and also replaced Idina Menzel as Elphaba in the Broadway production of "Wicked." She stars in the CBS hit series “Madam Secretary."
