Celebrate Global Wellness Day With Yoga
Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis invites guests to celebrate Global Wellness Day on Saturday, June 9, 2018 with sunrise yoga, breakfast bites and special pricing on a therapeutic spa treatment.
Salute the sun with the Gateway Arch as the backdrop and enjoy an all-levels yoga class instructed by local yoga enthusiast Debby Siegel, MSA, RYT at 8:00 am on Saturday, June 9 on the 8th floor Sky Terrace. This yoga class will focus on breath, movement, strength and alignment.
Following yoga, attendees are invited to refuel with complimentary small bites from the culinary team that include fruit salad and house-made granola bars, immune boosting hot tea and iced-coffee.
Relax the mind and rejuvenate the body with an Arnica Muscle Relief Massage after yoga. Created for deep muscle relaxation, this treatment includes a mixture of intensive massage and stretching techniques that utilise hot towel compressions. Arnica flower extract, sage, lavender and other oils penetrate deeper into the muscles and help reduce inflammation. For the weekend of June 9, this 50-minute treatment will be offered for a special price of USD 135. Proceeds from every treatment booked will be donated to support Food Outreach.
“Our everyday lives a becoming increasingly busy, it is important to be mindful of self-care and taking time to focus on wellness,” says Erin Stewart, the Hotel’s Director of Spa and Salon.
