It was a sophisticated evening of Sous Vide cooking and demonstrations of the Gaggenau line at AUTCO Home in Fenton. Chef Dana Lilmequist of Lily Pad Catering and the AUTCOhome team showed guests how to work with steam cooking, vacuum sealing and low temperature food preparations.
