Four Seasons St. Louis Reopens June 8
The Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis will reopen its doors next Monday, June 8th. Along with new safety measures put in place in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, there are exciting new developments the hotel has been working on during its shut down.
First and foremost, a new "Lead with Care” initiative has been implemented. The program focuses on three areas: enhanced hotel cleanliness, heightened guest safety, and empowering employees through health and safety training; developed by the renowned experts at Johns Hopkins Medicine International. Along with already commonplace measures such as more sanitizers, masks and heightened cleaning and hygiene, the Lead With Care program will also incorporate extensive behind the scenes measures including enhanced employee training, additional procedures for handling food, ventilation systems and other back-of-the-house operations. Also, the hotel will be conducting temperature checks for all guests and employees. Masks will be required to be worn in the public areas of the hotel.
In terms of Cinder House Restaurant and Cinder Bar, the hotel has released this information:
Hours of operation for Restaurant and Bar daily are 8:00 am until 10:00 pm
Reservations can be made for parties of 6 people or less.
Restaurant and bar menus are available online or viewable by scanning the QR code once in Cinder House or Cinder Bar. Single use paper menus will be available upon request.
Masks may be removed while seated at a table; we ask that masks be worn in transit when coming and going from the restaurant and bar areas.
Cinder House curbside pickup will be available starting on Monday, June 15th.
For those ready to book a staycation, overnight accommodations also will open again beginning June 8th. Guests will have access to a resort-style rooftop pool as well as the brand new Topgolf Swing Suite that features a variety of virtual games; perfect for a date night or family getaway.
Completed in late spring of 2020, Topgolf Swing Suite is open daily from 11:00am until 9:00pm CT and can accommodate up to six guests to play, eat and drink in each bay. Access is open to hotel guests and the public; reserve a time to play here. “Topgolf Swing Suite is ideal for guests of all ages and skill levels; we are thrilled to introduce this new amenity and sleek new space” says General Manager Alper Oztok.
In conjunction with this addition, Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis also took the opportunity to refresh and further enhance the first floor arrival lobby as well as the 8th floor Sky Lobby; which includes the open area between Cinder Bar, Topgolf Swing Suite and access to the Sky Terrace. Hotel guests can expect to be greeted with a contemporary color palate that features soft ivory, light blue and grey tones, set against rich woods and smooth leather for a comfortable level of sophistication. Design was led by local team S. Aleksandr Malinich, Co-Founder and Design Principal of R|5 DESIGN AGENCY. Additional seating on the 8th floor maximizes the views of the downtown skyline, Mississippi River and beyond.
The spa and salon will reopen beginning on Thursday, July 2nd, for appointments Thursdays through Sundays. Access to the fitness facility located near the spa will reopen on Thursday, June 18th.
Reserve a room with the St. Louis Getaway offer and receive a 15% off room rate and a complimentary upgrade to an Arch-View room with complimentary self-parking.
The Four Seasons App and Chat, powered by employees on property, not chatbots, will further allow guests to control how they engage with employees. While face-to-face interactions may be more limited, guests will still have direct access to the property teams, accessing in 100+ different languages. From the comfort of their own device, the App provides a contactless experience that does not compromise Four Seasons genuine care and signature service.
