Cinema St. Louis Offering Film Camps
Cinema St. Louis is excited to partner with the St. Louis Public Library to present a series of SLIFF/Kids filmmaking camps this summer.
June 7-11 | 2 pm - 4 pm. | Register
Design characters and learn basic drawn and digital animation techniques.
A computer or tablet with camera, internet access, and free online animation software, Piskel, will be required for the camp Zoom sessions and projects. Instructions on how to download the free online software will be provided before the start of camp.
No additional camp supplies will be provided for this camp. If this camp switches to in-person, it will be held at Barr Library (1701 S. Jefferson Ave, 63104).
June 21-25 | 11 am - 1 pm | Register
Explore the magic of stop motion and create a short animated film.
A tablet or smartphone with camera, internet access, and the free Stop Motion Studio app will be required for the camp Zoom sessions and projects. Instructions on how to download the free app will be provided before the start of camp.
No additional camp supplies will be provided. This camp will remain virtual even if in-person camps are possible.

Learn how to write, shoot, edit, and produce your own short film.
A computer or tablet with camera, internet access, and film editing software such as iMovie, Windows Movie Maker, or the free online software, WeVideo will be required for the camp Zoom sessions and projects. Instructions on how to download the free online software will be provided before the start of camp.
No additional camp supplies will be provided. This camp will remain virtual even if in-person camps are possible.
