Treat family to a bountiful Thanksgiving feast prepared by Executive Chef Gian Nicola Colucci and his talented staff - whether at home or at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis. The culinary team is preparing offerings that are guaranteed to gobble up this holiday season!
In Cielo Restaurant on the eighth floor, a lavish buffet is planned with many action stations, including the following menu highlights:
- Entree stations: Deep-fried turkey legs and wings, pork belly and roasted green apple stuffing, pancetta brussels sprouts; and a carving station with smoked turkey, coffee-rubbed prime rib and oven-baked branzino with white wine cherry tomatoes.
- Pasta station: Risotto with pumpkin and goat cheese, seafood ravioli filled with shrimp and mushrooms and gnocchi with lamb ragout.
- Seafood display: Oysters, shrimp cocktail, smoked salmon, crab cakes, charred tuna, sushi, bay scallops and coconut ceviche.
- Dessert station: Italian house-made gelato, Black Forest torte, cranberry orange crisp, pumpkin roulade, pumpkin tart, maple pecan panna cotta, eggnog crema with cinnamon crumble and mini chocolate cannolis.
The buffet also includes a charcuterie station, soup and salad station, and a kids' corner.
The Thanksgiving Day Buffet is available on Thursday, November 23, 2017 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Pricing is $89 per person, $30 for children aged 5 to12 and free for children ages 4 and under. Reservations can be made by calling 314. 881.5759.
For $295, at-home hosts can take advantage of the Thanksgiving To Go option that serves 10 people. The menu includes a whole roasted free range turkey or boneless turkey roll filled with classic Italian stuffing, orange cranberry sauce, giblet-sage gravy, roasted sweet potato purée with spicy pecans, roasted brussels sprouts with bacon, potato timbale with creamed leeks and aged cheddar, green bean casserole, pumpkin and asiago dinner rolls and two pies - pumpkin pecan and cranberry apple. Orders must be placed by November 21, 2017.
