Some Gyms to Start Reopening
It’s official: many small gyms and private studios will reopen on June 15. But the rules will be a little different as guests return to their favorite studios. For example, PALM Health in Ladue is still determining how to open its fitness center for independent workouts, but personal training will resume on June 15. Staggering appointments and limiting the number of people in the gym will allow PALM to keep both staff and members safe.
PALM says virtual training will remain an option indefinitely. This week’s schedule includes:

To make the sign-up and check-in process as smooth as possible, read How to Book Live Classes on PALM’s website.
TruFusion sent a message to members and previous guests announcing a reopen date also of June 15 with classes available in the gym’s parking garage.
Boom Pilates in Creve Coeur has made some changes to “the Boom Room” for the big reopening on June 15. There will be just five reformers in the studio, set a safe distance of eight feet apart. For the initial reopening, less classes will be offered in order to allow for deep cleans of the studio between classes and limit the number of people coming in and out daily. And, if you'd rather Boom in private than in a group class, a limited special of three private sessions for $165 is being offered for new private clients.
