Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis to Resume Tea Service

Tea service will return next month to The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis in Clayton. After a near year-long hiatus, the tradition will make its debut once again and, this time, in a special setting. A recent renovation of the hotel, The Solarium is a rooftop terrace that boasts thriving vegetation as far as the eye can see.

To mark the unveiling of the new space and the arrival of Spring, The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis will host Garden Tea services on May 2 and May 16. Beginning, at 11 a.m., don your fascinators and raise your teacup to cheers to springtime in St. Louis with gorgeous views and a bit of outdoor magic. Executive Assistant Manager of Culinary/Food & Beverage Melissa Lee will curate a special menu of light bites to pair alongside the traditional tea service that span sweet and savory and, of course, an array of scrumptious scones. For a full look at the Garden Tea menu, please click here. Guests can upgrade to ‘Royal Tea’ with the addition of endless prosecco for an additional $35.

Following COVID-19 regulations, spacing for Garden Tea on The Solarium is limited and reservations must be made in advance by calling 314.719.1433. As The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis continues to provide a clean and comfortable environment for all, masks will be required to protect the health and wellness of all guests.

The Solarium is one of many recent renovations for The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis, including the recently-opened, Mediterranean-inspired restaurant Casa Don Alfonso and The Bijou, another picturesque event space.
